Strife: Veteran Edition

It's a classic RPG with a visual style that I particularly appreciate, just like its gameplay mechanics, and combined with its simple yet incredibly enjoyable story, it creates an unforgettable experience within the genre.

Nonetheless, for those who appreciated it, it can still be 16 minutes of enjoyable alternative gameplay.

The RPG elements of the game are felt right from the beginning, especially when looking at the weapons, whose characteristics have been directly influenced by this component.

While the original DOS version comes included with the game, you also get a modernized version in widescreen that has updated HD graphics, better controls that utilize WASD for movement as well as mouselook, and a map that actually tells you where to go.

The music is pretty enjoyable but like the music for the town or the power plant and the voice acting is fun in a hammy way.

The fact real people were talking as characters put this over and above the standard FPS.
