What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Well, i’ve got as far as about the middle of the campaign, but the core experience of hitting the brick wall in attempt to find a “loose brick”, an exact enemy you are supposed to tackle next in the order (even if it’s in your inventory) to gain some experience and be able to tackle the exact next enemy, which you first need to find in a sprawling open world, really have worn me out.
On the other hand it not just refuses to launch in UWS Surround, but also doesn’t like my plain 1920 FHD screen, probably because it’s on Intel HD graphics (even if a rather powerful one).
The battle gameplay is still rock solid and very rewarding.
The soundtrack, composed by Mikhail Kostylev, is also a highlight, blending sweeping orchestral themes with catchy regional melodies that help reinforce the game’s unique tone.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
