Perhaps the best thing about this game is that it is only 2 dollars and it gives you an amazing amount of gameplay for the price of just 2 candybars.

If anyone has made it this far and has an interest in the genre, but might feel intimidated by the often high level of difficulty and skill required - this is absolutely your excellent starting point and the price couldn't be easier to swallow to see if these kind of games can be for you.

Also I'm the type that frequently turns off the game music and just has sound effects so I can play my own music while gaming but I actually love the soundtrack for this game, a lot.

The waves of the enemies are interesting, perfectly mastered, the graphics are good quality a 3 D quality a nice general atmosphere.

The game is tons of fun, I'm digging the perks upgrade menu where you can choose how to boost your ship, and the fact that all weapons get more powerful as you gather new ones so you can pick what you like without it being totally obsolete to the newer ship equipment.
