What players think
The recurring themes across 56 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Ending - It would have been cool if there were multiple endings, perhaps based on how successfully oil was collected throughout the playthrough, However, the current ending - going from a corridor of gore and alien 'material' into a desert landscape - was certainly unexpected, yet very intriguing.
Gameplay - With very simple, intuitive mechanics, the gameplay loop is easy to pick up without the need for any complex tutorials; and managing the ship's pressure, alongside the steering mechanics, became really fun.
Visual Style - This game looks beautiful, with an art style reminiscent of Iron Lung (this seems to be one of the main inspirations behind the game) - everything looks grimy and industrial, creating an unsettling atmosphere and adding to the tension.
