What players think
The recurring themes across 87 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
In terms of "Path of Virtue", "Path of Greed" or "Path of Nobility, each play through allows you meet different strange characters and they all have their own endings which is nice for replay-ability if you really enjoy the Gnomes and Knights premise like I do.
The soundtrack supports this atmosphere beautifully, blending gentle fantasy melodies with more energetic themes during danger, helping the game transition smoothly between cozy planning and spirited defense.
Overall, I really enjoy the nature of this game as it's essentially a hide and seek game with a dark fantasy vibe and I also really enjoy the 90's graphics and the soundtrack that plays both the original as well as the meme soundtrack.
These choices never feel overwhelming thanks to clear feedback systems and an intuitive interface, but they still carry weight.
