Familiarity will improve the experience, but it's not required to enjoy the game; it stands on it's own with solid mechanics, good difficulty range and a great high-energy chiptune soundtrack that arranges many Hololive motifs and songs in ways that may surprise you if you're familiar with the original songs, but work great to set the game mood if you aren't.

It's cheap, its fun has hell, it has a lot of playable characters, secrets, more than one ending, KICKASS OST, exquisite pixel arte BUY IT!!!
