Flare Nuinui Quest is solid.
The main campaign is fairly short but contains multiple endings, rewards the player for poking around with easter eggs and secret bosses, and there is much more content after clearing, including a few extra campaigns with arranged stages and different gameplay styles.
Familiarity will improve the experience, but it's not required to enjoy the game; it stands on it's own with solid mechanics, good difficulty range and a great high-energy chiptune soundtrack that arranges many Hololive motifs and songs in ways that may surprise you if you're familiar with the original songs, but work great to set the game mood if you aren't.
