Essentially infinite replayability.
In spite of its shortcomings, the game really shines on how fluid and dynamic it can be, fighting in many fronts at the same time, in a huge map of Italy, while at the same time managing a vast empire's production and logistics, all wrapped up in a brilliant and immersive art style.
One last CON is the lack of multiplayer, this game would be interestingly fun to play with a friend, hopefully that's going to be a thing for Hegemony III
