It seems like it may have been designed to be played on phones or tablets with a simple interface and basic graphics, but it's cheep and it does provide a bit of fun for anyone who likes building something and then watching it make money in game ("prestige" in this case).
Gameplay wise, it is very much similar to any other zoo simulator: start with nothing but money (or points in this case) and build your way up.
