The platforming timing took a little time to master, but it's serviceable, I like that the game has some item-based progression like getting a booster that allows you to swim faster in the water.

It's got a really good OST, interesting lore and on the surface quite a lot to discover.

And having just finished I will add this edit: LOVED the ending. i don't even have any concise thoughts as of right now seeing as how it's 3 AM but it was definitely befitting of the game as a whole. thank you for this wonderful experience.

It's beautiful synthy music mixed with it's visuals of which I like to personally categorize as "crust-fuck" (I use this term endearingly) converges into a very unique ambient style of which I have only seen captured by few games in the past; it very distinctly screams "indie." Automaton Heart is certainly not the type of game that will hold your hand.
