edit: The new update added a lot - the added scenes in Eleanor's route are a great change that connects the cultivator story and the base story a lot more nicely, and we got more Megan and Cassidy scenes. :-) The true ending epilogue really smooths out a lot of the bumps from the original true ending and fleshes out everything a little more so it's a lot less jarring.
