What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Visually, it's a treat for the eyes - unique art style with these stylised, almost chibi-like characters that nail the Cthulhu vibe without going full horror show.
Fun, gacha investment is pretty low and it is very easy to pool all your resources into one character and keep winning. very f2p friendly (i have thought about spending but not yet, i do want to support this game tho so I wouldn't have any regrets doing it)
They do help longer term gameplay by allowing you to f2p buy extra copies of characters and weapons you already own (if you still want them to grow even after their banner ends), basically every gacha-esque rewards like dailies, weekly quests/battle pass, and permanent awards have an extra bonus if you spend.
Together, the visuals and audio successfully immerse players in a world where beauty and terror coexist in equal measure.
Traphase a PVP mode (yeah, pvp in gacha), dupes dont matter in this mode, any character, wheel and posse you own is usable here, but if you were to want to use the entire roster, you can pay for a monthly that unlocks everything in the mode to play without owning the characters.
This soundtrack is obsessively top quality.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
