What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The game's unique design with its cinematic camera angles make it feel like you're playing one big cutscene, and the way the characters move is inexplicably very satisfying to me for some reason.
Key items are not something you just keep on you, and they're vital for progression.
Yes, they improved the graphics (pre-rendered backgrounds), character models, voice acting, etc just like a remaster does.

Another issue I have with the game is the controls, however I did play this game with a keyboard and mouse while it is recommended to be played with a controller, so take these complaints with a grain of salt.
The ability to play this up to 120 FPS also makes it a smooth and satisfying experience, and door-skip mods make it less annoying to play on PC.

Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
