Really fun, cute avatars & clothes / accessories, interesting randomly generated citizens, I love this game a lot & can't wait to have some free time so I can live through multiple generations of characters in one save.
I haven't had any performance issues so far, but the control scheme when playing without a controller is a bit convoluted.
The new graphics make the game even more beautiful than it already was.
If you are thinking about buying, I recommend watching gameplay videos.
I've played this on Steam Deck and it works out of the box, though you may want to swap A and B around (A is "cancel" and B is "accept" by default)
