Verho - Curse of Faces

So the good... a wide variety of genuinely interesting and fun weapons and spells, solid combat for this kind of game (combat doesn't tend to be their greatest strength imo), most of the areas are well designed and reward exploration, the world and lore are interesting, the visuals are great and the masks make for a very unique style, on and on.

For an indie game, there's also quite a big variety of weapons and spells.

The story is simple but interesting and with some nice characters, in my opinion.

It has a really nice theme, and the soundtrack is also great overall.

The graphics are meant to imitate a PSX game, and I think it's well done (there's even a 17 FPS mode to imitate the PSX King's Field 2 experience).

Character customization is great, large map to explore with solid fast travel, and a massive amount of weapons and items to play around with as you build your character. 100% will require multiple play throughs, so keep that in mind if you are that kind of player.
