Its game mechanics, as well as the progression in the game still have aspects of how it was originally designed on a portable system, with a few tweaks here and there, while also giving veteran players some new ways to play, thanks to animation cancelling and weapon upgrades revamp.
Long story short, I am playing this on a Steam Deck with Proton Experimental and despite having some crashes, the game works wonderfully.
There's only so much that 4K textures can do for the game, and the cutscenes seem to not have the same treatment as it's easy to see artifacting if you've got a big screen.
Combat's a blast here with my gamepad and I've really been enjoying this game's story, characters, world, setting, Lore, and things of this sort.
As well as co-op lobbies, helping the community grind out missions.
