And I honestly don't reckon that the majority of players prefers an extended "story mode" over getting a more immersive experience in the actual gameplay.

My only primary issue with the game is having the fouls be a QTE, the main problem is that the fouls can happen anywhere and with a mouse it is a lot easier to miss click, it gives a lot of time on the easier difficulties but I think the speed they disappear should be adjustable as if you change the difficulty you also effect other things like calling offsides manually which is a fun addition so i'd love that to be a separate option.
