I personally haven't played the other Tails Noir games, but Rebel Rush's story is (while clearly not the focus of the game) pretty interesting.
The OST is amazing and fits the game great, my only wish is that there was a bit more variety per chapter.
The car controls are silky smooth, the soundtrack slaps, the characters are goofy in the best way possible and the gameplay is 🤌.
I've tried on both KBM as well as controller, controller feels great and is definitely the intended way to play.
