Having finished the full story now, I can say that it absolutely continues to deliver from the initial promise of the demo.
the full beyond soundtrack. listen to it. the POV structure was done in a pretty fun way, altogether. shino. shino is their own positive point. on the negative sides... the plot felt somewhat botched, and more explanation to the worldbuilding and the original relationship between the sisters would've made it feel more cohesive. the stakes felt at times more like "whatever the writer comes up with" than "whatever the consequences of their actions are", which makes connecting to the characters' actions A Struggle. the B couple as a relationship felt like it was only there in the name, too, which is a shame because they do have an interesting dynamic, and i wish it'd be tapped into more, though the only POVs being not theirs obviously works against that. some places would benefit from a few more CGs, but i do say that lovingly.
