The swinging mechanic is particularly fun, I would definitely have liked more large open areas that utilize it.

So I would recommend this game if you like all of somewhat challenging puzzles, platforming challenges, and rhythm combat.

I'm fond of the intrigue the story builds and the emotional weight of every boss aftermath.

The first boss really sets the tone of how they go with a kick ass soundtrack that comes in hard and fast compared to the otherwise kind of chill overworld music.

This cohesion gives the game a strong identity, though it also contributes to its steep learning curve.

Each area background song remains catchy enough to following the flow of character movement, and manages to deliver atmosphere that matches the visuals.
