What players think
The recurring themes across 136 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Gameplay: As I said, it's basically an RTS- resource collection, build buildings, create units, set defenses but then it adds a tower defense element by throwing invasion waves at you.
The art is loveably cute and the writing is snappy and clever.
Visuals for Freaking Meatbags are well, freaking sweet (see what I did there), conjuring up a menagerie of classic old school with gorgeous pixel art style.
Good humor, smooth game play overall, and good soundtrack, but for the lack of replayability and it being on the shorter side of playtime, purchasing it during sale would be better.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
