You aren't overwhelmed with new weapons and armor, quite the contrary I found very little of those upgrades throughout my sessions thus far, but I really like that aspect.

ALSO I Highly recommend a controller for this game, if you want to play it with a keyboard you'll suffer because its mainly a controller game, although you can edit all buttons I still recommend a controller.
