What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
I thought that the writing was generally cheesy and hard to enjoy.
I loved the limited visual fidelity it really added to the horror and had me sh*tting myself despite it just being pure sound design and a word in the middle of my screen. speaking on that the sound design is really good it's super effective for the horror and the overall atmosphere. the gameplay is so simple and would be incredibly boring but the limited visuals really add to making it o much more engaging and fun. feeling accomplished and hyped by merely finding a door really shows how effective it is.
Audio design is another major strength.
I truly find the unique interface and mechanics of the game very interesting and fun.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
