I would count the multiplayer in there has well?
Music, ambience noise, weather/time effects (the ability to have visual weather effects seperately from audio weather effects!), and room and character decoration.
I have been comparing this type of game/software thing on three categories: Utilities (timers, journal, task list), Atmosphere (any thing for setting the mood eg. ambient sounds, lighting, body doubling), and Gamification/Reward system (Rewards for focusing).
Instead of offering objectives, challenges, or narrative progression, it places the responsibility entirely on the player, acting as a companion that encourages consistency, structure, and calm.
So basically, you can use it as a way to keep reminders and stuff kind of like an alternative version of the task menu in a way you could also use it for other things such as write down how your day went if you really want to
