I have spent over 600 hours playing this game whether it is playing the campaign, which has improved so much in the recent update, or just messing around designing engines and crazy cars.
I have the graphics maxed out on my current hardware, ray tracing off, and dlaa on, and I am getting a stable 165 fps.
I honestly don’t think this would be overly complex to implement, and it would add a huge amount of variety to the gameplay.
