The animations for certain objects you click on were a very enjoyable surprise, the complexity and difficulty of this installment was something I felt was lacking in the previous games, and the added replay value of the color mode was something so simple but I felt is quite ground-breaking for the genre.

The gameplay is beautifully simple — find a set number of sneaky, well-camouflaged cats in each illustrated Christmas scene.

The sound design is simple but fits the festive season perfectly and the voice-recorded 'meows', 'chirps' and "ho ho ho" adds a lot of charm to the game, as do the appearance of the names of each cat upon being found.
