UPDATE1 after playing multiplayer on the dedicated server for over 50 hours..
Playing in co-op is a nice addition and makes the game more fun.
1) No matter how powerful the dedicated server, when moving from one zone, room, or area to another, there is the equivalent to a visual loading screen (blocking vertical wall with dots on it) in between the player(s) and the next area that prevents travel.
