Story is captivating
Unlockable abilities and perks gradually expand the player's arsenal, providing new ways to approach increasingly difficult encounters while adding a satisfying sense of progression that keeps the gameplay from becoming repetitive.
Graphics are good, music is swell.
Between the gorgeous pixel art and a synth-wave soundtrack that’s as addictive as the combat, Tackle for Loss is way more than meets the eye and ears (the commentary as you're smashing through levels is quite a nice touch and adds to the football vibe).
