Each of the magical girls in this game feel very distinctive from one another (Spika is by and far my favorite to play), and as you unlock more chips you can customize different builds with each character having different builds that would work best for them.
Story: I can ́t say too much about it yet since im only around 3 hours in, but so far i find the story really interesting.
There is a lot of fun to be had here with the game's interesting story, characters, unlockables, and even online co-op to play with your friends if you want to, but it does have issues.
All of the SFX feel satisfying and distinctive, though it can be hard to hear audio cues for attacks when you're swarmed by enemies.
Difficulty-wise, this game does not pull any punches, but also doesn't feel unnecessarily cruel or punishing.
While the general in game graphics are not what I'd describe as "breathtaking", they have a very fun and creative design that marries well with the occasional anime-inspired cutscene, and excellent dialogue art.
