You can normally pick out these people in the first turn or two, I personally play casually and I get there is a competitive nature to the game, but it gets old when most people run the same meta build and the only way to beat these people is with a identical build and normally its in team games I find - so I guess people normally call on a friend with a similar build to join a team lobby against more casual players.
