Gameplay
Players who bring up Gameplay mostly praise it.
Some of it is part of the gameplay and I can accept that, but it felt overused (switching to a lighter to light a fire is ok, having to do it 5 times in a single room with nothing else there is empty padding and a waste of time).

• Surprisingly good lighting effects in some areas.

Controls
Players who bring up Controls mostly praise it.
Sometimes it helps to switch character, and I also had some successful temporary fixes by joining the game with a second controller, but doing that is accompanied by more annoying issues, as it is really weird and partly impossible to drop out of the game again while remaining on your preferred input device.

Co-op
Players who bring up Co-op mostly praise it.
While not perfect, Steam Remote Play does allow couch co-op across the internet!

Audio
Players who bring up Audio mostly praise it.
Not only do they not have any fun with it like in LoTR but they must have gave them about 10 different copies of the films with wildly varying levels of audio quality from 4K super ultra right down to a sound on disc phonograph system from the 1930s.

Interface
Players who bring up Interface mostly praise it.
The game also had issues with freezing characters in place during any sort of transition, requiring you to quit to the menu and reboot the save, as well as getting them totally stuck on geometry.
