What players think
The recurring themes across 164 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The visuals are absuletly stunning at times but with the use of a midi controller or keyboard, the controls over the audio was often chaotic and not very pleasent.
Although I had some trouble getting the MIDI controls working (it seems to have major issues if you have more than one MIDI controller hooked up), once I got everything synced up to my Arturia Spark I really started having a lot of fun with this game.
Another thing that has to be mentioned is the soundtrack by David Kanaga (as well as a few other artists in the bonus stages).
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 4 sampled reviews and is not shown.
