Please note: This review comes from someone who bought Natsumon in Japanese on the Switch earlier this year with over 40hours gameplay completing it once, then getting halfway through 2nd play with the DLC there after.
On Steam Deck and mid-range PCs, the game performs well, though there are occasional dips in busier areas like the circus grounds or dense forests.
Although both main composers for the OST, Hideki Sakamoto and Ryo Shirasawa, did the music for this game, those who have played the other Millennium Kitchen title featuring Shin-chan will be glad to know that the two had also done music on the first game there as well.
Technically, the PC version runs well for the most part, with options to toggle between 30 and 60 FPS and adjust overall visual quality.
