What players think
The recurring themes across 75 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Not really a fan of the overall aesthetics of the game either because there's a very fine line between simply applying low quality visuals to a game and passing it off as retro (or retro inspired) and making something that genuinely gives an impression you've been whisked back into the 1990's....and my feeling is that Rally Arcade is firmly in the former camp of those two.
The authors made really good progression feeling thorough the game.
It also plays well on a Steam Deck, with my only real request being having some settings to reduce the very high contrast & saturation levels.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
