Gameplay is more or less a clone of Zelda 2, where you have an overhead map screen to navigate to areas, and a side view platformer view to deal with combat, towns, and other areas of interest.
The hand-drawn visuals feel playful and energetic, as though they came straight from a child’s imagination.
It's worth noting that this game is faster paced than Zelda II, and has more quests / charm / voice acting / daughters involved in the development.
