Before starting I just want to be transparent on the fact the pure gameplay is actually Very solid : movements feels nice, gun are nice to use... no problem on that side, without the issues Im about to list it would have been a super good game.

The combat is pretty smooth and fast paced, the characters so far are all pretty unique and the weapons feel nice to use, but I wish some characters had a wider arsenal, for example Vladimir and Zheshang are very bare bones in their weapon options.

The character design is pretty good and a good amount of the cosmetics are free or unlocked from playing the game which is sorta a rare find.
