Gameplay
Players who bring up Gameplay mostly praise it.
Although Carmageddon holds up pretty well there are a few things I think suck, for one the progression of the game is VERY slow, basically how the "story mode" works is you progress by making profit to increase your placement in the top 100 in between levels which can be done in a number of ways, crashing into other cars, pedestrians, collecting barrels around the level or going through checkpoints.

It features a frenetic soundtrack and intense gameplay through a wide selection of maps with a fair amount of gore.
