The good: The festival theme is pretty good NGL (but without an open world it only makes so much sense), I'm really truly greatful for the return of the small displacement 4-Strokes, the physics are maybe the best they ever had, the graphics are good (appart from the optimization), the sense of speed is good, the trac selection is decent so far.
The gameplay is great, way better and more enjoyable than 5 and 4, to a point where if I were to pick between the two I would pick 6 in a heartbeat.
Since I'm not a fan of diversified career campaign, I sort of gaslit myself into liking the game through playing quick modes and multiplayer instead, with occasional career during those rare occasions when I feel like riding something different.
To me its got nice progression solid campaign that's not overwhelmingly hard and is accessible but has a challenge if you want one.
The controller support is good and I have been getting really good feeling through the vibration in the controller.
The Unreal Engine is running smoothly without any issues or stutter.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
