My only complaints would be even though the main combat of the game does have a nice flow, it does become sorta spam to win.

What starts out as a fun take on anime high school tropes quickly evolves into something much darker and disturbing, with the "bad" ending being an absolutely stellar segment and a highlight of the game, reminiscent of Hitchhock and Argento works.

Switching the gameplay from fighting the rivals into something similar like the NES games "River City Ransom" and "Kung Fu" was a nice change of pace, and honestly wish their was much more of it.
