The AI does act like it has a lobotomy from time to time, but that is mostly a problem when is come to diplomacy (British empire), but I like the idea of a turn based game were access to logistics and artillary make a huge difference and switching your economy from civilian production to war production is a choice. its interface is also surpassingly intuitive. yes its spreads sheets the game at times, but in the best way.
You can play as any nation, plus workshop content, which gives it a lot of replayability
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
