Progression is straightforward and forgiving.
The Aesthetics: The pixel graphics are genuinely very nice and well-crafted.
Graphics are charming and simple pixel art style, tho characters have very good designs and are expressive even with only 24 pixels for a face!
The interface and soundtrack are particularly well done, striking a pleasant balance between an early-90s aesthetic and modern, polished design.
The interface is simple and easy to grasp, but the views and UI variety are limited.
Runs at high refresh rates and is very smooth... also very lightweight, so should never have problems running on old laptops or a Steamdeck.
