2-3-hour chinese fmv if you do all the branches, less focused on the dating aspect, divided into 6 chapters. deals with time travel, always cool, so it's not a typical modern-day setting, everybody's in old-timey costumes. 3 girls (chunlan is my favorite) and some bullies and other characters to interact with as a silent protagonist. didn't try the vr version, but it would've been better to offer it as free dlc, like some titles do with 4k video. as it is, it's a 20 gb install, 15 of which is the vr version I have zero interest in but still had to download it.

works offline, english ui and subs got patched in after release, achievements on steam are still in chinese for some reason. windowed mode, languages, subtitle toggle and a single volume slider comprise the settings. music stays in the background, like in no movie these days, so it's fine. text size/ui scale would be nice, or just make tiny elements bigger, especially choices with more text. subs themselves are big enough, the translation is better than expected, but subtitle display is iffy, no background with a lot of white on white action and they often go by really fast. settings also mention space to pause and esc to back but neither work consistently, esc not at all it seems.
