From the soundtrack to the visuals to the characters to the gameplay concept itself, this game is style.

I found the ending with the Saint of Six Stomachs to be very rewarding and the post-credits scene was a nice cherry on top.

Backdropped by a gorgeous and solemn atmosphere that feels cold and metallic, yet the air is filled with the warmth of inviting dialogue and poetry, heat from the sizzle of the pan and burning of cigarettes, as well as a killer soundtrack.

short and sweet. it's really not like anything else i've played before, and that uniqueness is what makes it so fun. the default difficulty strikes a nice balance, so that certain meals are a bit frustrating at first, but then ultimately very rewarding to complete. there's also replayability in the hard mode, which i'll definitely be coming back to.

In my eyes, these graphics paradoxically make the small game world feel bigger, even endless.

Had a blast playing this game on the Steam deck, even my girlfriend enjoyed it.
