Aurora Hills: Chapter 1

The chapter carefully establishes the tone, introduces key narrative threads, and leaves several questions unresolved, clearly setting the stage for future chapters that will expand on the story and reveal more about the strange events surrounding the town.

This game uses some interesting blend between real photos and 3D graphics.

We have, on Normal difficulty, a smooth hint system for when you get stuck.

Subtle sound design—rustling wind, distant wildlife, and creaking structures—further enhances the immersive quality of the experience, helping players feel as though they are truly exploring an abandoned town where something has gone terribly wrong.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear voice acting, even though it was only during cutscenes, and it was a nice addition to a free game.
