What players think
The recurring themes across 277 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Alas, I would recommend playing, it has quite a good story and allows for a lot of theorizing.
- The voice acting and overall sound design is pretty good.
As far as gameplay goes it’s generally presented as a standard visual novel with text and character portraits but it keeps things feeling a little more modern with some light animated cutscenes, visual effects, camera movements, and has 3D FPS style walking sections which you use to explore the different areas of the school.
It’s a really solid game overall and a BIG part of that is how well the visuals, story, music, and characters work together.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 5 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
