For the most part Magnolia really does improve the level design a whole lot, i genuinly had a lot of fun exploring in this game in no small part due to the map.

Speaking of narrative i found the story once more very captivating, maybe even moreso than Lilies because unlike Lily, Lilac actually speaks!

But i did absolutely love the combat system with all the different spirits and the visuals were incredible (except for the loli main character).

The game is pretty well balanaced overal with a gradual increase in difficulty throughout with a few minor spikes and pits on the curve.

The ambient SFX further bolstered the immersive qualities of the game and while there's no voice acting it doesn't feel like it's lacking because the music will deliver on the emotional beats.
