I’m a big fan myself—I’ve watched most of their YouTube videos more than three times—and in that sense, playing this feels more like an act of fandom than a pursuit of fun gameplay.

The mechanics aren’t particularly engaging, and the story doesn’t provide any real sense of immersion either.

Despite the cuteness of its premise and visuals, there’s a lot of mechanical depth and design sophistication tucked beneath the surface, making it a welcome entry in the growing genre of cozy strategy games that aim to calm rather than overwhelm.

The controls are intuitive, the interface is smooth, and there’s an understated satisfaction in watching a well-designed setup come to life as your bird colony thrives.

The artwork and sound design are amazing

I can see that they're planning on improving controller support and optimising the game for steam deck, so I look forward to changing my review when that's the case.
