What players think
The recurring themes across 47 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The exploration is fun (though you're limited to a single type of custom map marker to mark all the places you want to come back to) and the abilities you obtain along the way add to both expanding that exploration and adding some value in the combat — and this very much IS a combat-focused game.
The gameplay however is everything about what makes the game enjoyable as you can just jump straight in and start enjoying yourself from the get go.
You’ll need to kill everything you see to keep up with the game’s punishing difficulty curve and to counter the increasing sponginess of enemies.
