Gameplay is what matters most in a game like this, and I can say that it nailed it!

Its pixel-art visuals are bright, expressive, and packed with personality, transforming outer space into a cheerful playground filled with adorable creatures, colorful planets, and imaginative environments.

These additional activities add purpose to every expedition, making exploration just as important as combat and helping each run feel more dynamic than a straightforward endurance challenge.

The side quests and missions are a great, giving each level a sense of purpose beyond simply surviving.

now, onto the game for real. btw, it works wonderfully, beautifully, gorgeously well on steam deck.

They work well with the flavor/theme overall and while being nothing worth writing home about, this also is what background music and sound effects should rather achieve than standing out negatively, which they seem to often do in smaller titles.
