There are not multiple difficulty levels by default that I can tell, and I haven't fully completed the base run yet, but it's a nice moderate challenge with room to master a few different mechanics/characters to keep it interesting, and with the significant roguelite perma-upgrades between runs i'm pleasantly surprised at its relative accessibility/replayability while still preserving a sense of challenge.
