What players think
The recurring themes across 148 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Developed by Orange_Juice and published by Rockin' Android, this enhanced edition modernizes the original release with optional high-definition visuals while preserving the fast, skill-driven gameplay that helped the series earn a dedicated following.
Originally I played these games in their Japanese form until a friend of mine gifted me this bundle that had this "HD" version of Acceleration of SUGURI X-Edition that Rockin' Android put out for PC in 2012, said HD version was based off the (delisted) PlayStation 3 port of the game released in 2011 which gave the game new updated graphics and widescreen presentation... and the new updated graphics, among other things, aren't that good here on PC...
Sound effects are also okay but don't leave you wanting more.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
